From this season, Olton Hockey Club will be contributing to the cost of members own
playing shirts. This means a more professional look to our teams and that each member
will own their own shirts. Ideally we hope that everyone will order both
home and away shirts, but they are available individually.
The Club will be contributing 50% to the cost of each shirt once your membership
is confirmed and monies received. This means, therefore, that you will be able to buy
Olton playing shirts, provided by Tempest, for the subsidised rate of £10 each.
Once your membership is paid, you can submit your order online.

Your membership will be verified so any forms received from non payers will not
be processed. The ordering process also allocates a playing number to each member
to be added to the reverse of their shirt(s).
Once the order has been processed you will receive an email confirming when your
shirt(s) will be available for collection - from Ultimate Hockey 215 Lakey Lane,
Hall Green, Birmingham, B28 8QT, where you will need to pay your £10 per shirt.
Please Note: Olton playing shirts will ONLY be available in this way,
Ultimate Hockey will not provide any shirts without the relevant paperwork being
received through the order form system.
In addition to the numbered shirt(s) you can also personalise each one with your surname on the reverse. This is £3 extra for one shirt, £5 extra for both home and away and also payable on collection. Please indicate this on the order form where specified.
